Gregory Taylor is an entrepreneur and agent who has been active in the sport since 2019. With a passion for data-driven decision-making and player development, he co-founded Pinpoint Analytics (later rebranded to Pinpoint Sports Group) to provide advanced performance insights and strategic analysis for athletes, coaches, and programs. Through his work, Gregory has leveraged his existing relationships in college basketball to assist student-athletes with their recruitment, NIL negotiations, and career development.

James O’Connor is a licensed attorney who practices employment law and sports law. In the NIL space, James has drafted compliant marketing agreements for Student Athletes, negotiated House rev-share agreements, and provided NIL education for athletic directors, coaches and teams. He holds licenses to negotiate professional basketball contracts for both men and women in the NBA, WNBA, and FIBA and is NCAA “test the waters” Certified. For Pinpoint, he is a valued resource as a consultant and legal advisor.

George Taylor
George Taylor is an area scout and player development coach. George played college basketball for Montreat College and Wheeling University from 2018 to 2023. He joined Pinpoint Sports Group shortly after graduating and has been a versatile member of the team. Through his skills development work, George has trained numerous athletes who have gone on to play at the Division I, II and III levels.
